If your Appian page contains multiple elements of the same type that share the same name, you only need to enter the name of the field and [x], where x is the position of the element, considering only the elements with the same name and type. For example, imagine that on your page you have a form where the first section has a field "Name" and in a third section you have another field "Name". In the command for the first field, the name would be "Name[1]" or "Name", and the second field would be "Name[2]".
