A project in AAT is a way to organize and structure tests for users. Each AAT installation can have multiple projects, and each project can include multiple users. When a user accesses their working directory, they can choose which project they want to work on. Once selected, the tests associated with that project will be available for them to view, edit and run.

Projects help separate work between different teams, applications, or testing scopes, allowing for better collaboration and test management.
