Frequently Asked Question

What is a repository?
Last Updated 5 months ago

In AAT, a repository is defined as an environment where tests can be shared among team members. It’s where users can upload their tests so that others in the same project can use them or download any changes made by other users. These repositories include conflict control mechanisms to prevent users from unintentionally overwriting each other’s work when multiple people are working on the same test.

A project can have multiple repositories configured, and users can switch between them at any time. This is useful when maintaining multiple copies of tests, transitioning from one repository to another, or managing different repositories for each environment.
